★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years ago phone line problems no one answers the phone, 3 years later maybe all the staffs infected with COVID-19 disease and get quarantine at home that’s why still nobody’s answering the phone. The person in charge for answering the phone must be replaced or fired because she’s not doing the job efficiently and have no responsibilities towards answering the phone calls

2. They charge you rm80 (maybe is foreigner price) for 5min of conversation
3. Facilities are poor
