★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is really good but the girl who's handling the counter for cats downstairs is so rude! Talking like a gangster! She was raising her voice (while sitting like a boss) when attending to my queries when asked about the name of the kibbles I purchased a few months ago to which I cannot recall. She was not helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CLINIC EVER. Don’t even deserve one star. To all pet lovers, do not ever visit this clinic.
1) staff at the counter keep playing his phone, don’t even want to serve patients .
2) one of the lady doctor is not even professional, how can she even be a doctor? Can’t even take blood out from my dog. Keep poking the needle into my dog’s leg few times. Imagine doing it to yourself! Won’t you feel hurt? Is a dog not a living thing?
3) my dog is 8 years old, not sure why suddenly he can’t walk, GS has back leg problems, and he can’t stand as well, told them to come to my car (which I parked in front of the hospital itself) to check on my dog. His reply : we don’t have checking service on dogs in the car, you need to bring your dog into the clinic. And I said my dog can’t even sit/stand how can he get down? And also, my dog looks like he’s in pain, told them it’s emergency case. They said, no emergency here. Have to queue. And there’s 5 more patients before my dog. Seriously this clinic is super not professional, will they hold responsibility just because of their negligence? Just a 5 mins check may save my dog / any pets life. The Chinese doctors there are very good, but the counter service sucks to the max.
So my advise is, if you don’t wanna lose your pet, don’t don’t don’t ever visit this place.
To the counter MALE staff, all 3 of you : IF you’re not willing to work, stay at home, don’t show your god damn faces to us. We pay for it. It’s not FREE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my pet there for second vaccination . Consultation session is quite good . Fees are affordable .Will definitely pay second for vaccination .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for taking in a dog that was sent in not by the owner after getting hit by a car, thank you Dr. Giam for taking care of his wounds and preventing more serious injuries from occurring. Thank you to all other vets and staff who took good care of my dog, and for letting us discharge him only after finding another reliable surgeon to take him in. Bless you all. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse pet clinic I’ve ever been. Dr hold my pet for a few days and lastly they cannot cure my pet. Have to go and refer to another hospital. Just say that you cannot do the procedure instead of keeping my pet and do nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a few times and my cat was treated by different doctors everytime. All the doctors were professional and I didn't need to explain the condition to each of the doctor, they read the history clearly before.
I had to wait but it's normal as this hospital received a lot of patients daily. Will definitely be regular vet for my fur babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent in my dog yesterday, but taking queue to wait for the vet to check my dog, my dog was vomiting blood and look serious but when is my turn, the dog called another regular customer instead of me. My dog was asked to be admitted for two days and go on drip when i left him there, the vet said must do blood test and putting me on queue and charged me consultation fee RM40 instead of RM30, with the recommended 2days overnight and blood test (RM200). The vet said the fee may come around RM600 over. But this morning they called me and said my dog passed away and i had paid them advance RM300 + RM30 for nothing. I am truly sad and this Veterinary is only interested to make money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my dog there to treat his eyes because it's bleeding at that time and the doctor told me there is NO way to cure and he's already blind. I was so sad to hear that and it affects me emotionally. I'm glad someone told me to seek second medical opinion for my dog and so I brought him to another vet. In fact, I was told that he's not blind yet but there's an urgent need to do surgery! My dog went for the surgery, fully recovered! And he can see now!
This vet doesn't deserve to treat dog if they do not have the sufficient knowledge. Not only they are hurting the pet but also causing the owner emotionally! Do NOT recommend.
