One thing they can do better is to explain the situation more thoroughly before sending someone so clients may understand before making a choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fascinating and helpful boss Mr Peter Cheng helping me to diagnose
my BMW 5 series key fob which accidentally threw into washing machine .Initially still workable But with careless mistake for completely dryness
within the key fob , opened it and dry blow with hair dryer . The rest is history....... Koyak . Managed to seek help from BMW owners group which highly recommeded the above locksmith which i sceptically went into their facebook page and managed to see and read action and comments
By the boss " I M PETER " ( His slogan ). So called him for a try which prior to that , I have checked with many other locksmith who doesnt even bothered to look at the circuit board by telling me Rm900 per pc for duplicating a new one .
Arrived at Tesco Puchong (Now named Lotus's) this Morning ( 29.11.2021- Mon) and met up with Mr Peter Cheng . Approcable and nice gentleman , After visited my car and understand the problem where my key fob could not perform "LOCK & UNLOCK " function .
With the key fob brought into his shop which i can see him manoeuvre
over it and within 1 min . Brought me back to the car park again to retrial after fixing . To my astonishment , The key Fob is workable with all the functions . Then the main show time arrived was to ask him for the rate he is going to charge me ... Zeng Zeng Zeng ... GUESS what ??
Mr Peter Cheng told me its FREE OF CHARGE . I was so impressed and touched by his genuineness and sincerity not because of FOC But his attitude as a Honest BusinessMan . Frankly even Peter were to tell me the charge is Rm100 , I would not hesitate to pay him instead of making new of Rm900 . ( BTW , Peter's shop charged new only Rm600 - Judge by yourself ) . Good person with Good gesture is difficult to find and apparently managed to find one in this shop . Peter ,Kudos to you.
Lastly This Job is Highly recommended for his SKILL and HONESTY .
