β β β β β When to this branch last month. Was served by a guy called Keong, he seems like not really sure about the products, briefing sounds very unsure. After that, he said I can emailed him the product model i am looking for, and he will give me the quotation, I was like ok because he really looks very unsure about those products and I do have certion models that I was looking for so why not ? I sent him an email, and waited for 2weeks...., he didnt sent me the quotation. Instead, when I asked, he said he didnt send me bcoz he scare his email will be sent to my junk box.........You should have inform me about your 'concern', not just leaving me aside and waited for 2weeks!!? Then, I said it's ok I will check my junk and spam box, he replied me ok then he gone disappeared til now. I will not visit this branch again with such an unprofessional staff.
