β β β β β SCAM !!! They took my deposit and take away my washing machine main board said need to go back check, then call back with a sky high price ask me to transfer $$ then only they come to fix it, I then decide not to repai, call them, no one pick up my call anymore, whatsapp also no reply

β β β β β I paid for spare parts online. Part not arrived for 1 month. Their excuse part not arrived from supplier/manufactuer yet. The fridge spare part according to manufacturer already available for sometime
I used this company before was ok
But lately the rudeness and delaying tactics is very very bad.
I don't recommend this kedai elektrik cheah anymore.

They will take your deposit and won't pick up the phone when you call them when they will come and finish the job.

my machine collected since 30/4 but no reply at all when can rtn back.
Some more blocked my phone.

β β β β β Very dishonest, poor professional technician, rude Helpdesk.
A simple damper and thermostat sensor replacement ended with bulb break one first visit, fuse break down on second visit, and received back the refrigerator with shaky and unstable due to the technician push my refrigerator without trolley or tools. Lies to cover another lies, from technician to Helpdesk. Replies from the helpdesk were to push all the responsibility out of her mind. I requested for another skillful technician but rejected. End up my food and items were put on floor due to second visit who broke the fuse and technician needed to take back for repair. Promised to deliver on second day morning after repair, and I applied the permit for move in the refrigerator, end up afternoon I called to follow up, surprisingly the helpdesk told me another story saying have another issue and need to deliver on next week. When received the item finally, the refrigerator was unstable and shaky. Called again the helpdesk and push all the responsibility out again. End up I give up to have any contact with them anymore. This shop will not in my option again for next repair. Be aware and take your own risk if you choose to use this shop. A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!!

β β β β β Avoid them like the plague. Lots of promises but failed to deliver. Repaired fridge but still giving problems. Getting them to come and check again after paying them for the first repair was a nightmare. Technicians are not service oriented and poorly trained.

β β β β β Very poor service. They were appointed by Courts Mammoth to do the after sales and warranty services. When my refrigerator had problem, they do not have a proper technical person to identify the problem with the fridge, except for a rude lorry driver and his assistant. It took one month for them to check the refrigerator and they took it to their shop for repair. When the took the fridge, they drag it to the street and onto their lorry without any tools and trolley. I later found out that the base of the fridge have broken due to their dragging (see image). They took more than one month to repair the fridge. Total 2 months taken. Very poor service quality.

β β β β β The worst ever. Repair washing machine here under warranty for Midea. Took 2 months to repair only after i keep pushing to finish faster. One month no progress, one month and half told no sparepart not yet repair, almost two months baru siap. Big nonsense for both midea and this shop ??????

Front loading washing machine had spin problem. The technician wrote the problem in the service order (machine cannot balance load properly before spin causing the drum to shake violently banging the sides). When machine came back after service they changed the pump! For what??!! Water pump had no issues before sending for repairs. Machine still having same problem as before repair.
Called to make appointment to relook at the problem. Its always the same issue with the technicians. They will call as they are on their way to the customer premise. Fixing appointment is useless. Never on time. They will then reschedule to another time but never come. Hello! We are also working and have other things to do. We are not sitting at home all day and waiting for the technician to come.
Its been 2+ weeks since machine repaired but still having problem. Repair warrant is only for 3 months. Need quick and immediate action to solve the problem.
Any by the way there are dents and scratches on the machine. Looks like zero care for the machine. Likely the people handling the machine just not bothered about taking care of the machine during transit, and at the workshop. Sad!
