★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order iPhone 13 di senQ Ipoh Parade ,mana tempat pun tak ada stock tetapi i still order here because have extra warranty and staff have good follow up,after i get my new iPhone 13,staff very nice use around 1 hour's time help me transfer old data to new phone.Other place buy no this after sales service.....senQ Ipoh Parade boleh cuba this shop ,good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible after sales service. One of the items purchased was malfunctioning, went back to store to claim warranty , instead of accepting the device , tried to pin point blame to me. After lots of argument, accepted to take the device for warranty repair. The motto seems to be customer at fault until proven otherwise.
Certainly wouldn’t be buying anymore from this store.

They work very fast & efficient and explain clearly about what we are going to expect if there is any increase or decrease of price. I forgot the name of that one staff who assist me today but all my review here is about him. He is a Chinese guy, quite small and wear speactacle. I hope this staff gets a good bonus for his professionalism. A recommended place to go ?????
