★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service for take away was terrible!! Today this tall fair male waiter wearing glasses at the cash counter was hopeless! Firstly, i saw him struggling trying to shut the drink cover. I was wondering what he was up to. True enough, he didnt secure the cover properly. As i walked to my car, the whole drink was all over the paper bag. It spilled on my clothes and car as well. Hopeless.
And... Worse... When i opened the paper bag, there was a FRIED CHICKEN in my bag. I only ordered 2 burger sets. But he had put an extra fried chicken in my order!! A loss of one fried chicken for Burger King!! Furthermore, he didnt put any tissue papers or any sauces in the bag for the burgers. What a hopeless servive. Kindly... Management, try to train this boy waiter properly as he seems quite untrained and very careless in his job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed, thus very slow service. Can't buy their breakfast menu although it was still 11.30. Can't buy their lunch special sets as well for no reason. Cashier was clueless, not properly trained. BK IPOH MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MESS!! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!

More than 45 minutes to wait!
Don't know what's wrong with the staffs here?
Maybe management never care about customer service?
So let it be, will never come back for this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very slow service. waited for half an hour. they prepared for grab n panda 1st , then only they prepare for dine in. only 1 counter open during peak hour. i got us a triple cheese burger but i cant see our triple cheese inside the burger. triple cheese beef bacon : bacon was so hard to bite. too hard haha not even crunchy. fries is better here than mcd. but the portion is too small. not full. i hope BK ipoh parade can do better.
