β β β β β Their sushi were good and fresh. However, their meal set or teishoku was not that good. I ordered spicy karage set. The karaage was served coldly and the spicy sauce taste weird. Their chawan mushi also 'tasteless'. Miso soup was average. My friend ordered gyuniku set which was good. Overall average Japanese cuisine restaurant.

β β β β β No frills Japanese food. Small, concise menu of appetizers, sushi, soup, noodles, sets, and dessert. Average quality, lower price point. Online ordering system. With sushi conveyor belt.

β β β β β OLD REVIEW: Staff that makes fun of you. Seriously?
EDIT: Bumping up to 4 stars since the manager has directly reached out to me here on this review in a fashion that displays true leadership which can only drip back into all the branches. Very impressed.
To the manager: I won't oust any single employee by outlining the specific case, but I think the best you can do is to ensure the staff don't have a dismissive/mocking attitude towards customers.
Perhaps it was a bad day for them, and they encountered an awful behaving customer before. It can be really hard to be a waiter, and they have to face more negative vibes than most jobs (which is also the reason they should get good support from their employers).
However, even if one customer was bad before, they shouldn't rub that off to new customers. That's a key lesson I'd say.
Once again, I appreciate the regional manager wanting to reach out and get to the bottom of this. Speaks to the chain ?

β β β β β This restaurant is new to me and am happy to discover it. Nice and fresh sushi, best of all is really affordable. All of them comes with a standard price tag of RM3.38 per plate. Service was good and attentive. But the only set back was the extra order of the salmon garlic fried rice, came after a long wait. Hope they look into this problem.

β β β β β Their kani mentai mayo maki is sooo good!! I love the creaminess of the sauce, no.1 favourite!
I tried kanj mayo maki and chicken katsu together and it was delicious! They compliment each other veryy well. Although donβt have high expectations for their portion size since itβs only RM3.68 per plate.
Definitely come here if youβre looking for affordable yummy sushi.

β β β β β Staff services are good. Not many variety of choices of foods. Similar case to the sushi as well. The sushi cover looks blurry/cloudy too, not sure if its due to the heat. Overall, the sushi are affordable. However, the taste could be improved. Ewallet accepted here.

β β β β β Affordable price to eat sushi, you can never have enough of sushi.
They have a lot of sushi variation that we can choose and the taste was very good also.
Their concept of conveyor sushi makes it easy for customer to choose their favorite sushi and it like a free flow of sushi, and before you realize you will have pile of plate stack in front of you like we did.
The staff was also very attentive and kind, for tourist like us it is very easy to communicate with them.
I love Takoyaki the most.
