★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a house in Serene Heights for our mom, in May 2021. Lot C-073 Camelia. All documentation finalize. Only awaiting to get key. So we waited since May 2021, extend for 3months + 1month.
Then UEM say, oh they cannot give key, because defect verification was not settled yet. So we waited, even passed 4 months. And then comes Dec (we sold the existing house) so we need to move, but no UEM says contractor cannot do defect because they were trapped due to Shah Alam flood.
And today, it is already 10 March. Still no key. We have to pay for rental, while waiting for UEM to clear up the unit. in 2months time, it will be 1 year, waiting for UEM just to give the key. unfair treatment? hillarious? only in malaysia? UEM boleh?
