Just did PCR test here. The team came in slightly around 11am, which is understandable, they need time to set everything including the protection gear. Once they were there, it took less than 10 mins to complete everything . It was good experience. For those who want to do RT-PCR test, just come around 11am you can skip the waiting part.

I was here for antenatal routine checkup, since numbering system change 1month ago, all become clumzy.. Misnumbering call up by nurse.. Usually i wait for normal checkup less than 2 hours. New system make me wait up to 3 hours.when i ask, ehhh ehhh ehhh the nurse just say that way. Should new system faster the line but now it make us wait more longger. Please gov malaysia do something!

Terrible Queue Management System was implemented. Below are the observations for 1.5 hours waiting: number was called while patients have yet to enter the waiting area; sometimes particular number been called for 7 to 8 times, sometimes no announcement; patients mainly depending on 2 screen near the entrance, the announcement were sometimes synchronised sometimes different. Visitors are very lost and as usual very hard to get assistance from the staff

I went here because of stomach ache after 3days. Thought it was not bad stomach ache that's why i went there the third day. As usual i said i had stomach ache for the past 3 days and its for brief moments only, and first day had fever but now i don't have fever. I didn't finished speaking yet and the doctor told me go to this this place and take a blood test, and (tell you have fever even though you dont have). I suspect you have dengue. Then i continued i had diarrhea also non stop for past 3 days, again he said go and take bloodtest. So i went to the fever department (he wrote that in the note) and told the staff that doctor asked me to take bloodtest. After a while, staff called me in then check my bloodpressure and asked me what's your sick, i said the same thing as above and told that i have fever and doctor asked me to take a bloodtest, then she checked my temperature twice and told me to wait outside. In a minute another staff called me in, checked my breath with a stethoscope and my throat then asked me what's my sick, and again i told him, but before i even finish he went straight to take medicine and gave and said ok ya. Then i said i have diarrhea, brief stomach ache for the past 3days and the doctor asked me to take blood test. He woke up and took another medicine for gas(angin) gave it to me then said if it's still the same come back in two days. I just said thank you and walked away. My mom asked me and i told her everything and said honestly they seem like they dont care, she got angry even before i finished my sentence. I called her let's go home twice she still went on. (Just my thought) Where is everyone rushing today? All of them even before i finished my sentence, interrupt,take decision, or continue their convo? Guess a bad day for me. Anyways, I didn't go back inside i stayed at car park. I know it's pointless to argue if the whole team inside is not doing their job properly, and i was sick and weak so i stayed out. I know my mom would have made some problem but I don't blame her, i blame the doctors and staff here. Think carefully before you go here, i have been to many klinik kesihatan and never experienced in other kk before. Respectfully, a small request to doctors, nurse and staff, please listen to patients, treat them well. A job in medical department is not just a job, it's a pure job. We people respect and see all those work in medical department like God. I don't believe or disbelieve god. But i believe everyone in medical department as GOD. Please do your job with devotion not just for the sake of job and responsibility. Thank you.

Workers here are mostly short tempered... Went on the earliest on SCHEDULE, end up only finish everything when almost shut... Being a pregnant mommy is exhausting ALL the time, packed & insufficient seats during COV!D time... What for to schedule & book appointment ahead?! Hilarious system... I believe workers already tried their best to speed up, but still a marathon style waiting is such a waste of time & energy... Especially a twice a month visit... Worst experience ever... Sorry for bragging, but if you're mommy to be then consider to go other center maybe...

It is time for this clinic to upgrade their facilities. Officer here need strong justifications based on patient experiences. Pros: - Online booking is very convenient. - Staff PR at the entrance are really good at guiding patient. - Staff can manage the situation even during peak hour. Cons: - Parking spaces are the worst. Need to park at the roadside. - Very crowded during peak hour or not. - Every time go here, need to waste 3 hours of waiting. - Nurse encourage every patient to come early but turn out creating unnesassary crowd. The upgrade will benefits on both side. We can see the best example from KK Puchong. Good facilities and efficients.

Kkm call me to do a swab test at nearby kk. So i was given here. Chiose the time at 11.30 am cause I know the crowd. The staff call me to come at 10.30 to be early. So i came at 10.30.. Its 11am. No swab team in the view.when they arrived, clearly they are diaorganized. Shud just go to private instead. Because time is money! You are not the only one who got your hand full with things Demolish this, rebuild it to a new one. Add 50 staff more here.

Book an appointment before you head down. I was told by immigration to come here when I arrived in KLIA2. Even with appointment, elderly and pregnant ladies queue for approximately 1hr on their feet. Swab tests started late at 11am which is understandable. Some staff will tell you to make another trip to collect results but you should be receiving the results over email/SMS. Don't have to make physical trip to pkb if you don't need a hardcopy. Overalls it's unorganized, staff could direct you to come 10am (too early) and wait at the wrong place so just double check yourself. Swab was badly done, it reached my skull & give me nosebleed. It was painful for hours after I reached home. The swab guy vibes like he just got cheated by the gf and got very agitated having to swab so many patients.
