Who in their right mind will give this place 4 / 5 stars? Oh Yes! Only property agents... 1. Power cut very often 2. Lift can always get stuck (not related to power cut) 3. Water leaking near corridors 4. Stairs that is connected to LRT pedestrian Bridge is way too steep. Escalator that connects to lrt has not been functioning for almost 5 year. Due to apartment coming up across the road. 5. Way too much noise pollution, LRT, construction,& highway 6. The building is only 1 year, but acting up like 10 years. Poor building structure, very poor maintenance

Very nice condo with prime area strategic location as its only 6km+ to KLCC Linked to Sri Rampai LRT station with covered walk way, short walking distance and only 6 stops to KLCC (approximately 8 min reach inside suria KLCC), direct line to The Gardens/MidValley, KL Sentral, Bangsar, Subang, PJ as well. Awesome unblock KL view, mountain view and windy. Very convenient as its short walking distance to Wangsa Walk Mall, Tesco, Aeon Big and lots of amenities nearby. Roof top Sky Gym & Sky BBQ is perfect as well as its highest among this area and we can view 360 degree unblock view including KLCC view, Genting view, Bukit Tabur view, and forest reserved view. Its low density as well as it have 1 tower only

Not friendly for visitors. Have to park outside, walk 10mins just to get to lift lobby. Then wait another 5mins to get a lift packed with people. Having only 4 lifts serving 40+ floors is quite insane.

ONLY Air BnB guest will rate this place 5 star and good rating! This is for whoever looking for this place. I rented here since December 2020 and it has been one year here. The real problem is lift-here are all 43 level, two blocks - A & B; each block have 13 houses per level, resident level is from level 8- 42. Imagine what a quite a number of density there, yet there are only 4 lifts. I always faced lift problems every month- a lift will broke down for one week. Go to work at 7 30 am have to wait at least 15 minutes, yet on weekend sometimes people go down to pick food at lobby and wait longer. Then back to work arrived home at 7pm also long queue. (see attached photo, how long people queue). This is indah khabar dari rupa, i used to live at Pangsamurni Titiwangsa Keramat, lift is better than The Hamilton. I thought moving to a so called high end condo will have better lift experience. On the other notes, there is a construction front of the building, so don't expect to have a quiet place. But otherwise is okay, good strategic place, guard is okay not fussy, visitor parking is okay, got rooftop.

This is a long review. In short, please consider before renting or purchasing an unit here. The engineering design of the building is not human-friendly. 1. The whole building is built on a steep slope. So, the residents have to walk down several slopes to leave here. Residents will walk through the first slope in the building to LRT station and the second slope outside of the building, if you go to the commercial districts/supermarkets nearby. The vicinity of The Hamilton looks close to its neighbour, but considering the vertical distance and time travelled, it's not so close. There are many sources of noise polluton too, LRT, constructions of two sites, vehicles from highway.. 2. The drainage design is terrible. As you can see in the first pic, the water was clogged in the relatively flat area of the slope. There is a drain, but lack of maintenance as it always full of black mud. And the clever part is, the LRT gate is behind this water pond (at the right of first pic and the upper middle in the second pic). So, you either wet you feet and shoes, or get an accidentally splash by the vehicles using the road. 3. Amazingly there is no designated pedestrian pathway for residents. The so-called walkway is just a green colour path on a road used by the vehicles in this building. So, the pedestrians are sharing the road with the vehicles. There is no separation, so it is dangerous when the vehicles pass by, especially when the motorcycle riders want to dodge the bumpers and cross the pedestrian pathway instead (refer pic 2). A blind spot is also present at the sharp corner, although mirror is installed (refer pic 2 upper right), vehicles still brake urgently as they're not expecting people are there. The "roof" is just an extending cement block from high above, which serve no function when it's raining. 3. No complete installation of windows along the corridors, wondering why only the first half of the corridors were installed, so it's possible for rainwater to pour in. Pic 3 is just a slightly wet floor, but possible water may accumulate there, as they build drains below the windows. Argument may about this is for the wind circulation, but rainblocking strcture can be build to avoid this issue. 4. The poor coordination of lift caused the residents to wait longer. Some lifts will just stay there and not moving, even during the peak hours. You can see another review about the lift. Lift maintenance is common. 5. Security is another issue. Although there are many security guards, but the qualities are mixed. Some will greet you and some are arrogant, same goes to helpfulness. Sometimes residents are unable to open the door as their hand are packed with things, but the guard just sit at counter and being a security guard with heir phones, not bother to help the residents. When I moved in, one of the guards shoo me because I put my printer on a chair for just a moment, while there is no one there except us. 6. The guards patrol frequently, but there is no CCTV in the residents floors. Anyone can enter the building by walking without any registration. Kind of dangerous. 7. Parcels are put onto a rack outside the lobby. Everything is organised until there are too many parcels. So most of the time it's a messy area, but at least there is a CCTV to monitor the collection rack. 8. Last point is more personal, please ask the agents to book a carpark when you have a tour. In my case, the agent from Hostel Hunting Sdn Bhd simply told me to drive my car into the building, without helping me to do any registration. As result, my car was clamped and lost RM50. The guard was also cunning, as he asked a person to stay, otherwise he will clamp my car. My girlfriend was staying in the lobby just in case he asked to remove the vehicle, and the guard was well aware of that. He clapmed my car and insisted that the person must stay in the car. When giving the payment, the sly guard laughed victorously, which luckily I have a video proof on this.but unable upload here as Google Review not support video.
