β β β β β Gated and guarded eco friendly community with many excellent parks for outdoor activites although the lakes are murky eco brown. Clubhouse caters to sporting and fitness needs with foodcourt minimart and clinic in adjacent building. However some residents (may be owners or tenants) exhibit poor civic consciousness by flouting clearly laid rules eg dogs unleashed and running wild and/or defecating in public space; cars speeding within residential roads; beating traffic lights; pokediots parking indiscrimately; uninhabited and unkempt properties with overgrown weeds taller than your average Asian. Lots of shrubs and trees in public areas altho the developer could have learnt a thing or two from Cyberview folks who cleverly chose trees that do not shed leaves incessantly.

β β β β β Kinda new for now....right beside ecopark club...lots of upgrading work still in progress..a good place to hang out...walk around the dog park.....listening to some music and some waterworks

β β β β β It was quite a nice drive and there are many amenities surrounding. However the roads in the housing area are slightly smaller. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to live in, here's a choice to consider.
