β β β β β MBE Setia Eco park fails - and it fails badly.
Corporate customers expect a minimum level of professionalism from an MBE counter if they clearly communicate to the counter staff that a business package is time sensitive and they require the most efficient and professional service, NOT the cheapest.
After requesting and paying for an EXPRESS service to Singapore, we expected notification of delivery in perhaps two full working days. We were horrified to discover that after three full working days days our package was still sitting in Malaysia. MBE management actually claimed to us inaccurately that the the package was in Singapore and the holdup was with Singapore customers. More important than professionalism, customers expect HONESTY from the management of an organisation like MBE Eco Park - but that has not been our experience.
My company clearly requested the best and most efficient service from MBE for a reason - and we were more than willing to pay for it.
The reality of the service and mis-communication we received from MBE has caused us considerable embarrassment and there will be financial consequences to us long term with a new customer. We know for certain that in the future we will take our business to somewhere that is more honest, efficient and professional .

β β β β β Ms. Lee and Robin have got your courier services covered here. They pride themselves on providing EXCELLENT service and no less. Attentive, fast and proactive. Customers are never left unattended eventhough there's only two of them, they somehow manage to make sure everyone is served and not left waiting. If your parcel isn't wrapped properly, they are more than happy to advise and assist you with improving the wrapping so that your parcel arrives in one piece.
This MBE branch definitely holds the Platinum Standard for service in comparison to other MBE branches that we've used over the years. Glad we found you for all our courier needs!
N.B. They've also added additional safety measures to alleviate any stressful situations that some may have regarding queues due to the pandemic. Simply text them your details and drop off your parcel and they will take it from there.

β β β β β To me, this is the best MBE branch I've visited and will be going to for all my courier needs because they provide very good service (they really take pride in what they do that's the best part). Staff is very helpful, pro-active and friendly. Robin helps me to locate the best rates (and also reliability) according to my needs and helps me stretch my ringgit. If you need help with packaging also not to worry, they are very helpful. They also watsapp you the details of your courier slip for you to monitor and as a reference for follow-up. Truly recommended :)
