Grab mart services feel upset when ask to drop the item at security guard and feel sorry to the person order my service have to collect at guard house I think its nothing wrong if we drop the item at lobby and it make easier for both party to handle the item to carry up but stupid management insist to follow their instruction. So all grabber better cancel order when received order from this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Some said is noisy cause their window is facing the railway... But they got better view..
Our unit faced the main road... We always can see what the opposite block did most of the time..
Anyway the guard remembers us which is a plus point

โ โ โ โ โ Situated across the street with only a single block will be hard to be missed. Easy access. Good view. Downside is i rarely see people selling by the roadside stalls.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice building with clean surroundings, have 2 car parking lot for each owner. Very big square feet with partly furnished. Nice view from 14th floor this place have children playground n swimming pool n guarded.

โ โ โ โ โ At the entrance the security was good and polite to ask for information. After that they will call the owner that a person is coming to your house. Once inside the area, the security will do round check whether the I am at the right house.

โ โ โ โ โ The unit and carpark is spacious but beware of the driving behavior here, also the management here is doing an average job at best, gym room and facilities wasn't present after 19 months since completion, some lovely friends still jumps to the pool without swimwear, worst thing is occasionally some kids walks to the elevator without drying themselves up and that leaves water footprints all around. nothing to shout about. All these being spoken as one of the unit here.
