★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal condo is comfy as is renovated to my senior citizens purpose. However too many units are rented out by other owners to foreigners especially Vietnamese who are rude; loud voices and litter/smoke in common places for quick dollars. By evening see them like "dollies' parading out to earn ? Dollars or ? In night clubs or Karaokays.
Makes one felling frustrated. They make it difficult for guards and I have witnessed them scolding them in 4 letter words. Admin seems not able to control either.
Foreigners taking over businesses in the square opposite - dirty; midnight drunks ; infestation of rats; clocked drains etc. Are the China nationals and Vietnamese, Philippinos holding legal visas to stay more than 6 months. Are they 'mysecondhome' residents. Wonder why Town Council and ministers never see to it. I NEVER wanna eat anything from there. So they say Johor Bahru is to be a great city???
I dont have income to ge out because I bought the condo when most owners were staying. To rest being a pensioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm Vietnamese who married and lived at this condominium for the past 9 years (since my family in law has a long history living here). I'm really frustrated because there is many temporary residents keeping move in and out without being check their identities. Me, myself as a foreigner as well but I don't want to hear other local residents keep asking why Vietnamese being so loud at night (they sang karaoke, they laughed, they drunk, they danced overnight). Management didn't work even many residents has been complained. Please don't be blind of money, don't let we have to suffer because of noise pollution, air pollution (smoking in lift). People sits everywhere in the roadside and carpark areas which made traffic congestion everyday. I got severe headache because couldn't sleep a wink every night due to noise from my neighbors. We suggest that the owner of this condominium should change the management. We paid money to live here and we want to see the changed, the improvement. Please consider our complaint in priority.
