★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Astaka Management had agreed to pay bank interest upto possession. The possession has been delayed than promised. I am struggling for last more than three months but not getting any proper reply from Astaka Management. The mails are not replied or weeks. The Bank is after me to settle the interest otherwise there will be penalty.
I am not sure how many more customers who were promised similar terms are suffering on this account.
It has become a headache and nobody from Astaka management wants to reply or acknowledge.
Would appreciate an immediate solution and a real time reply before you remove this post from your web site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 residential blocks were 80% completed. It should look quite grand when done. But the units are quite small. Especially the rooms are really really small. If buying for the size, just not worth it. It has 2 lifts going to each unit and that is impressive. Lots of privacy.
