It is about 10 mins drive to lrt setiawangsa and neighbouring commercial outlets like Hero supermarket, food outlets, Wangsa mall, and easy access to melawati and gombak.
From the facade, the new condo looked modern and suitable for KL folks dwelling.
A walking distance to Bukit dining for those who fancy climbing small hill.

β β β β β This condominium is just beside Bukit Dinding where a lots of citizen hiking and jog. Nice swimming pool, the gym is kinda small, the parking is huge. The entrance has sensor which detect your car plate number for registration.

β β β β β I been coming here almost every weekend and even stayed in this place for 1 year during the lockdown. The new guards are not are approachable and very terrible. What's the point of the guard sitting outside if they couldn't open the door for you even if you give the details already plus some of the guards are rude. The previous guards wasn't like this they will asked you politely and when you give the details they will open the door for you.
