★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small terminal always crowded. Waiting Hall has limited number of seats. Sometime there is a waiting line for the toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no signboard, when ask for direction, what the person did is try to sell the ticket to us. Would be great if there is signboard or someone guide it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to find, near pos, much too small to handle the rush before leaving, expect a crowded wait and a long walk to jetty itself. Toilets nasty, can buy a few sundries for the boat ride. Area around jetty building is overflowing with rubbish as its not quite complete from the construction, no one is cleaning anything. But you have little choice and need to use this ferry for Redang. There is long term parking next door at rm10 per day uncovered.
