Tried their original Steam fish with Loads of Ginger and SHAOXING WINE, super fresh fish head so full of flavour.
Highly recommended.

β β β β β Must order their signature steamed fish head. The sauce they use is generous with cooking wine and balanced in taste. Fish head steamed to perfection. Do go earlier as they tend to sell out later at night.
