The male doctor is very friendly. However I prefer the female doctor as she offers more advice and most of all, she supports breastfeeding mommies. She made sure that the medication she prescribed are all breastfeeding safe ❤

Please call Female doctor for appointment. Don't make an appointment with Male doctor for medical checkup because he'll keep seeing patients rather than honoring the appointment slot. Literally waited until clinic closed only started medical check. Doctor did apologize in the end..

Super slow staffs. Been waiting for so long for my turn for checkup. Another people was who came after me was allowed inside for medical card issue.

MALE DOCTOR (DR. JxxxxH) & THE OLD NURSE IS UNEXPECTEDLY TERRIBLE Recently i’m having such marks on my body and it’s itchy. So I decided to consult a doctor, in hope to find out the cause and the process to cure it. But what I did not expect is that Dr. Jxxxxh, from Klinik Puchong appear to be EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The way he consulted was SLOPPY & IMPATIENT. During the consultation, he suggested that I can take an injection to maybe stop this allergy and/or take a test to identify the cause of such allergy, but when I asked if it can be cured by taking an injection, he simply replied: Don’t know wo.. Ask God looo… Come on, ask God? What????? At first I thought he was just joking… But thereafter he asked me: So what do you want now? Injection or Test because I still have my next patient, please don’t waste my time. HARLOOOOOOO?? Waste your time?? I just came in like 5-mins ago. Are you really telling your patient that 5-mins is a waste of your time? THAT’S RIDICULOUS!!! Not only that, when i told the doctor I don’t need injection & test now, he mentioned he will give me some medicine and I asked: Can I know what medicine are you giving me? Guess what is Dr. Jxxxxh’s reply? He said: I… DON’T… KNOW… WHATTTTTTTT?? You don’t know? What does it mean? Does it mean you are letting your nurse to give me some medicine, when you’re the one “consulting” me? OR do you not know what kind of medicine YOU are giving me? Duhhhh?? ? Well then later on I just went out from the room and waited for the nurse to share with me the medicine and guess what… 1x Allergy medicine (won’t feel sleepy) 1x Allergy medicine (for night only) 1x Allergy medicine (will feel sleepy) 1x Cream (to stop itchiness) Harlo??? 3 types of allergy medicines?? Let’s not talk about whether it makes sense or not (maybe that’s the necessary medicine) but with your Sloppy consultation, it’s super normal that I doubt over any types of medicines that your clinic is giving me, especially when the doctor himself also “DON’T KNOW WHAT MEDICINE HE IS GIVING ME” ??‍♂️ So of course I told the Young Nurse that it’s okay, we don’t need the medicine but she was surprised so she called the Older Nurse to handle this situation. The moment the Older Nurse came, she asked: If you don’t need medicine, then you come to see doctor FOR WHAT? OH MY GODDDDDDDDD!!! Like Doctor Like Nurse.. and right after that the younger nurse ask me to go in to see the doctor AGAIN and guess what the doctor asked? Dr. Jxxxxh asked: If you don’t need the medicine, then why don’t you tell me earlier? DON’T… WASTE… MY… TIME… PLEASE… Woahhhhhhh.. Really?? The 2nd time you’re telling me that?? Come on bro, I asked you what medicine you’re giving me but you said YOU… DON’T… KNOW… so how can I judge, as a patient, if I should take your medicine? Do you even know that the responsibility of a doctor is to calm down your patient, and bring a solution to them? But right now, not only I did not get a proper advise from you, yet I HAVE TO BEAR WITH YOUR SLOPPY & IMPATIENT ADVISE as well as IMPOLITENESS APPROACH FROM THE OLDER NURSE. Honestly, I am more worried now & started to wonder how did you even get your qualification ??‍♂️ But then, I wasn’t surprised anymore when i Google Klinik Puchong and saw the many BAD REVIEWS from different patients. ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️
