Today I walk thru the cashier and I want to order my food, this staff saw me standing there and he just dont care so i just ring the bell on the table and he turn around and show me his unhappy face and told me I'm busy now.end up I didn't manage to buy and I walk away. Service so Teribble pls improve it !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food. The thing is, bad customer service and cashier not friendly at all. Wanted to buy salted egg yolk chicken crispy but he said don't have. Please update menu on the display please. Better go outlet elsewhere than here. My number is 77, yet he served no 78 until 81. What a douche!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but unprofessional employees - no smile, rude, play with phone most of the time. Cooking a chicken alone takes 15 minutes. A male staff slam my crispy chicken on the tray loudly in front of my face like he's annoyed or something. Slow and bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find this shilin taiwan chicken stall in the LG floor, 1 floor below the main lobby. The space is not spacious, so you might end up not getting any space if you come in the peak time like lunch hour. Service is ok. Taste wise, it's consistent with the other shilin branch, no different. So, enjoy your chicken ??
