The aunties who help to man the store are great at customer service. They inform customers of promotion items and also recommend products! They are also very polite and helpful.
I always feel very welcome here

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience. As I was browsing to buy ice cream, the store owner/personnel just came and shut off the lights without informing the customers they are closing. Looks like this outlet of shojikiya is not interested to do sales but rather but more worried about closing early. So , next time take your money elsewhere la guys and girls.

price is almost same range as other japanese grocery store in penang, but sometimes they discount some of items until really really cheap.
and you can collect points once you become membership there.
