service is very bad, the goods are stuck near bentong for 5 days, spatutnye entered temerloh, but wrong route..please send as soon as possible brg urgent tu call xdpt what is this delivery service, now it's not Japanese, please improve ... don't know if users use shopee service if the service is bad

β β β β β barang atas lori 4 hari, x check in masuk dkt bentong hub pun.Mintak utk selfcollect pun x boleh. Mintak refund dkt shopee pun x boleh. Mengarut. lain kali ,kalau x boleh buat courrier service, x perlu buat
goods on the truck for 4 days, x check in at Bentong Hub. Ask for self -collection x is allowed. Ask for a refund from any shopee. Nonsense. next time, if x can do courrier service, x needs to do

Call to shopee customer service.. Kata kena tunggu sampaiβ date yg set tu (2 minggu lepas). ??
Dah Cuba Pergi service hub tempat ni 3 kali, itu shoplot pintunya tutup.
