★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the massage was really good, very impressed. Staff are great and professional and I'll definately be going back. Would have been a 5 but it was really cold (and I am from Northern Europe) and you couldn't hear the music over the aircon. So didn't quite get that whole spa relaxation, but the massage itself was top notch and that was what I was after following the whole lockdown period

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For IWD, I purchased a RM100 voucher for a full body massage, I was not asked to choose my oil or offered any refreshments or towel. After the massage I was shown my shoes and the door, though I noticed that the man at the counter was asked for his oil preference. Anyway, I thought maybe it was my bad luck and thought maybe because it was a promotion that I didnt get any of these.
