The only con is: When reserving an appointment, you have to specify the treatment you want. In case you change your mind, the appointment slot changes.

Didn't bother ask me proper question and didn't share with me their availability session or slot, how you expect me to book my appointment? Straight away away said we are fully booked and hang up on me. Please if the management of this spa is reading these comments here. Do better. Seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 1st time experience Hammam & Gommage at BV2. Its very unique experience and inviting to be bath like small kid again :) there are few steps before they can remove dead skin from thw whole body parts. Yea..parts :) i enjoy it as i feel fresh once i complete it with an aromatherapy massage. Going home with smile and light shoulder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time experiencing hammam & gommage. I enjoyed the feeling of vigorous n thorough scrubbings and being bathed like a kid in a steam room. As I’m 7mth pregnant, my attendant was gentle on my stomach.
However the whole process felt rushed. We arrived slightly earlier 4.55pm n left the establishment at 5.45pm. What was supposedly a 45min treatment took just about 20-25min, the rest of the time was just sipping water/tea, changing n drying our hair after... felt like we were being shortchanged... hence the 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden on the top floors of BV, a quint corner you’ll find some amazing massage services with a touch of Turk style. Clean and professional, slight on the higher end (for price) but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The royal couple massage is luxurious and dreamy. Be prepared for a rough scrubbing to remove layers of your dead skin though. The 2.5 hour experience really goes by in a jiffy. At the end, you get to soak in a tub for two for 15 minutes. Pure bliss.
The price here at Bangsar Village 2 and Publika are the same, but there you pay a bit of a premium at the Lot 10 outlet.
