★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give it zero star if i could. We stood there for 2 minutes waiting for any staff to approach but instead all we get is just staff staring at us in their office. Not even bothered to say hi or introduce us to their product. Wouldn't spend my money on these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk in to the shop the salesperson just standing there without saying anything. Lucky i can spend my money elsewhere. Im in sales line and no.1 rules is to at least say hi and welcome customer. With so many competitors out there i wont find it hard to get my dream kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the midvalley outlet around 10.30am on 4th Dec 2021, facing an arrogant sales person...not willing to serve customer and not even greet us...i believe the after sales service must be sucks. Dont come to this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a ZERO STAR, i would tick it. Definitely not worth any star at all. I spent almost Rm100K on my kitchen and it was a disaster experience.
I engaged a very senior personnel from Signature kitchen HQ itself. The pitch was extremely impressive. Upon paying 100% of the Rm100K, the PIC called and said that the process will be delayed by a month!
Things continued downhill after that. The quality is atrocious! The workmanship is beyond unbelievable. I couldn't believe that this is happening ..not by the famous Signature kitchen.
Apparently, this is quite common happening when it involves Signature Kitchen!
