Wrong information was given and they came up with their own bundle that is not recognised by Digi in a high price. Worst experience ever!

The employee is selling phones with bundle plans that are not mentioned in the DiGi website. The bundle is only profiting the company but DiGi has no idea about this. Beware!

Not really satisfied with the service provided. The staff gave me digi store number and I was asked to call them before I come to fix my digi line problem, I called many times but they never pick up.

Worst service and rude staff + CHEATING. Not sure is it this store culture or just this staff personal issue, named Nicholas. Mistakes are fine. Cheating is big issue! Encountered a really horrible service and experience. The staff claimed he can help to re-activate my number. Ended up he cancelled my whole family plan lines - all lines became invalid instantly. Asked him what happened but the staff talked so grumpily but couldn't answer why and unable to fix it. Maybe he's worried with his mistakes that causes him being so grumpy and rude while I only ask and didn't scold. As a customer I couldn't take it when being shouted with such attitude staff and it's unsafe so I just leave. Went to The Gardens Digi service center to get help. Update: Few days later, I realise my original number is still invalid then only I realise that he registered a new number that's similar to my previous number instead of retrieving my original number. As I was mainly using WhatsApp so I didn't realise until I made a call. I went back to Digi The Gardens to seek for help, the staff told me that Digi MV is only a dealer and they are NOT AUTHORISED and unable to reactive my number from the Digi system. But Digi MV claimed they can but in fact just giving me a new similar number without my concerns and permission just because they want to earn the commission. This is a serious issue of being dishonest to the customer and I nearly lose my number which is a real big issue. Digi The Gardens helped me to fix it and didn't charge me, they understand that I was a victim in this case. Luckily it's all fixed in the end by Digi The Garden. This Digi MV staff name is Nicholas if I was mistaken. Hope you can treat customer in a polite way and do not cheat on customer again just because of commission. Knowing it's hard time for everyone, but being dishonest and rude is not acceptable. I'm not the first or only victim and this store should be banned. Because of this, I need to go back and forth for 5 times and spent RM100 + 60 + 40.60 fake service fee.

A male staff, quite tall, plumpy, is very rude and not professional at all! He provides me wrong information with a very rude manner! Luckily I double check with The Garden Digi Centre! The CS at The Garden is very nice and helpful! I don't think he knew how to serve a customer. If I'm noy mistaken, he is from The Mines, I have a bad experieced with him while I purchasing a phone via digi centre 2.5 years ago. He make me never want to visit TheMines Digi outlet anymore. Not sure why he was being transfered to MidValley outlet now, and continue providing his bad cs to consumer.. The management please take note. I wonder why Digi management allow this kind of problematic staff stay at cs line. I will never go to MidValley Digi outlet ANYMORE!

I did call before I came to ask for stocks availability. When I came there, staff name Johny assist me from A to Z. The process was very smooth with Johny. Very friendly & knowledgeable! My family and I are really satisfied with his service & surely will come by again and ask for Johny to assist. Good job Digi's Mid Valley team.
