★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel seems to be outdated, meaning that it looks old and needs to be renovated.
The rooms are dirty and there are dirt spots in the room walls and sheets.
We did not have hot water 3 of the 4 days we were in the hotel.
The house keeping did not come one day to make up our room. We called the reception in the evening and requested if we could at least have some fresh towels and some coffee. The said they will immediately, but never came. Additionally they did not give us toilet paper any other day, we were using the regular rom tissues in the room.
The beds were average and ok. Not the most comfortable but also not the worst I have slept on.
The front desk staff were not friendly and never gave us a smile except Sally. She checked us in and was very friendly to us.
To sum up, we did not feel very welcome in this hotel. Hence I would not recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No towels provided upon checking in. The receptionist said towels only ready by 5 to 6 pm onwards. Upon returning to the hotel againhave to ask at the counter and call to follow up on towels. Last time used to be ny fav stay when ever come to kl..but now no kore after this. Very bad experience and also the toilet was not clean. There is dirts all over the wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel that i've stayed. The facilities and service here were great. The room was clean, spacious and tidy. The enviroment there were great and the most important is their staff were friendly. Its totally worth a stay here. Thumbs up. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time I returned here. 1st time was just parking overnight.
3 things I like about this place:
1. Secure parking. The security is attentive & notes down every car plate number. Very friendly as well.
2. Hospitality: the duty manager Brian is very helpful & thoughtful. His service was fantastic. Made our stay memorable.
3. Prices are very competitive & value-added.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is more like Indian flat. Hallway with things outside door. Got a unit door is open with loud radio. Dry clothes outside the door and some hang at building’s windows. (Not own room’s windows)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this as a tenant: While this place is affordable and accessibility to KLCC and Midvalley etc are good, the units are really old. Water is brown 100% of the time, and management says they can't fix pipes. Gym is poorly stocked, 80% of dumbbell weights missing and treadmills rusty. The lifts are broken very frequently, sometimes all of them at once. Good luck if you live on a high floor.
