★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if this happen to every unit, my experience was worst ever. unit by ihousing management, check in very troublesome with forms need to fill up provided last minutes, spend 30 minutes to fill up form and need to upload picture etc, u think we are thief? parking not provided, have to pay. pathway to unit also no user frendly, have to walk thru parking barrier. we come with senior citizen , no lane for wheelchair. in average from parking to reach unit take more than 15 minutes. list only 2 working out of 4. not worth even for free stay. forget about view etc, this place check in already make make sick. never come again in my entire life. not even 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by the security guard that this is a high-class and luxury residences. However, the facilities doors are so low in quality. The door knob are rusty. No one maintains it. Also, this building owns 6 lifts. 3 lifts are for decoration purposes? Only 3 lifts are operating. All the residents here have to wait for at least 10 mins for the lift. If the lift is occupied, extra 10 minutes again. Well done to the management team.
And to the host aka agent (level 38). I am very appreciated that you provided a washing machine..However there's no place for us to dry the clothes. Are you expecting the clothes to dry itself after washing? Furthermore, the wifi is out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 nights after reading the excellent reviews at agoda. Will not stay here again. Feels like a 2 star hotel and the place not well maintain by management. A very high density condo hence you can expect many people at the pool and gym usage are for owners only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment with very big swimming pool. The sunset view is awesome. Can see Gunung Ledang from here. But sadly the mall below is closed. Other than that is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the unit being use for AirBnB. Not all units manage same way. Some even not provide any WiFi or even normal local TV channels. However highlight like better value. only the view from pools site is a good. Not other value can expect from this area.
But for sure not a place to book again.
