★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been briefly explained by Brandon on the product features, payment schedule & maintenance prior to finalize buying the Hyper model. Also, I have manage to see the actual product first hand at their shop gallery at One Utama.
The Hyper product has been secessfully installed at home by their installer, Azrin. Their installer also show and guide me on how to use the product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Seriously. Dont. Unless you have RM3.1k to throw away.
Complaint since Day 1 where maschine have loud noise as if problem with compressor. Water also had very strong metal taste. Getting sorethroat after drinking a glass.
Two months later just still full of excuses and delays, still unwiling to even replace the product, let alone return and cancel the contract.

Do yourself a favour and get a DIY solution like Aquasana or Seagull.
Also, the JikSoo Hyper is really flimsy. The plastic panels creak and are hollow. As if a really cheap product. Not as good as most other prufiers out there.
Update 17/12 it has been 4 MONTHS with repetitive process of calling cust support to START cancellation process but all i received was "we will get back to you" "we will send someone" 4 MONTHS TO SEND SOMEONE TO CANCEL?
Update 2 march 2021: Still waiting for cancelation. Already reported to kpdnkk. 2 months already lab test never return. I WANT to pay and cancel the contract. Why so hard? One staff(Annie) on the phone say must clear payment before cancel, promised to email official form for guarenteeing cancelation on payment, she never emailed. Another staff say need wait for lab result first. So many excuses. Meanwhile waiting i got Letter of Demand from SK legal forcing to pay. If someone from SK wants to help. My acc id CU10025539. Please contact me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the water filter! It does ice too so making ice for my ice latte is super easy. Love how it looks at night. Very affordable and very easy to use. Very non-millennial friendly. Super efficient service. Everything up and running within 3 days. Thank you Brandon Chin for the super fast respond and explaining in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never reply email from sk magic. 1 water machine is required 4 days for installation. It is very difficult to get support from SK magic if there is any issues. Good luck with the new buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just installed Skmagic jiksoo hyper, both my wife and myself are satisfied with this product. Love the tankless concept, reduces chance of bacteria growth within. Apart from that, there are 7 types of hot temperatures to choose from. All in all, i feel it's easy to use and safe.

The plus point given its tankless, knowing less maintenance and no accumulation of growth. Great service by sales person, Brandon Chin who gave a detail explanation and options prior to signing up. He was also quick to answer to any question for the product.
