It has been more than 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for your Technician to contact me as promised on 16/04/22 and 17/04/22 which didn't happen. Seriously Livinox please look into this. If u cannot fix the problem, I want a replacement!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hose the hot water machine ,wait 3week also technical no come under warranty .every time said want come but no come . technical Monday to friday have so many customers but we wait 3week ready last Sunday said come but no give time we go out ready my husband wait he Monday take half day leave ,after call my husband said no come .the Saturday said come 3pm no come wait 6:30 this is after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never once have successful bake using this oven, the temperature is just not right. The temperature cannot goes to 240 though the highest is 250. It just maintain about 180-200. The first unit was claimed for warranty and have 1-1 exchange, the second unit was problematic as well. Should not listen to sales person to purchase this, just go for other more reliable brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy after sales service by your appointed Service contractor E TIME ENGINEERING S/B. Kitchen hob faulty and paid for the parts. Kitchen Hob was taken back to E TIME for repairs. Promised 2- 3 days for repairs but until the 5th day no news. Now already more than 2 weeks but still not settled. CALLED E TIME ENGINEERING many times but no answer. VERY LOUSY SERVICE BY E TIME ENGINEERING S/B. Livinox Malaysia please look into this matter.
