★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to Skin Town Sunway Velocity to do pico laser. My consultant is Caixuan. She is very friendly, provide good consultation and treatment advise. Never pushy and no hard sell. Special thanks to Caixuan! I’m satisfied with the result. After the first session, my skin looks brighter and smoother.

I had take the facial course. However, the first time of remove the senile plaque, my face was become red and blood are coming out. I had ask the employee on that day. Is it normal, do I need to avoid any food or what ? She say yes! and tell me the food to avoid.
Then second day my face was inflammation！Very obvious and had remain until 2 months also not even become better.
Worst service!! Then I call back, the employee use impolite way to scold at me！Even blame me because didn’t take care of my skin! But I had 2 months just eating plain porridge and soup with noddles only!!!
Don’t come and don’t try it!!! To avoid bad conditions face!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unhappy always force selling,would like request management re~traning the staffs like honest,sincere delivery best service to customers,to show results that your product n treatment is good,learn how to respect customers n etc.For my bad record experience waiting four hours time do facial treatment including waiting 90 min the beautician cross selling to another customer.1st time is forgive,2nd time is only verbal warning,third time is social media to inform your management.
Finally want the beautician know all the customers time is very important,not always wasted the times to listen your force selling consultation ,you should respect to ask customers have convenient time or not.

I always enjoyed my treatment session by Therapist-Fennie, who is experienced and how she treat my sensitive skin with care. Love how the session end with relaxing shoulder massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my friend and take they trial package, very unprofessional service.
I went there with full make up, but the beautician just use cleansing milk to clean my face, then exfoliate, then start cleaning pimples and black head with very simple and fast,then put the mask, not really clear my face well. ( I still can saw my make up on face when i home)
And their price is very messy and confusing, at first told us the price is RM168 through the phone call, after that told us the price is RM128 while we reach. When bill that time key in RM126 in the pos machine, after we leave for around 2 minutes call us again and saying we suppose to pay RM168. After we return to the shop, the girl saying she misunderstanding, and gave me a wrong trial facial, so the price should be RM148 only, and ask me to pay her back RM2. I'm fine with the price, but I feel that I been playing around.
