β β β β β Went for massage because I have tension at my shoulder and back. The masseur focus on point where I feel tension and he has right amount strength which is amazing! Receptionist is very friendly. The ambient is relaxing and soothing.

β β β β β The place is well maintained,clean and has a nice relaxing ambience.At the appointed time,I was led to a nice and well equipped room with a pleasant masseur who provided a reasonable massage in a very professional way.After the massage,I had a refreshing shower with the masseur waiting outside and after my shower and dressed up,I was then led to the reception by the masseur who then politely excused herself.I was then served a hot ginger tea upon my request. The whole experience is just perfect!

β β β β β Massage was exactly what Iβm looking for and I had problem finding good on in KL for years. I had challenge finding the massage that would suit me and work on my muscles and back, this one was just right and the masseuse was clear and on the point with technique, Iβll definitely come back when I need stretching and deep tissue massage.
Regarding hair removal, Iβve never done it before so I donβt have a reference point, but everything went smooth and well so I would say itβs okay.
Overall I am impressed and I like the experience, the customer service staff did everything on point, they knew exactly whats the next thing on my list of treatments and guided me. It is important part of experience, especially when someone comes in the first time like I did.
