Nice swimming pool but from my opinion regulation for wearing swimsuit for tenants here quite not friendly approach.
Not worthy for short vacation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - if you order food delivery, you need to pick it up NOT at lobby, but at the entrance. raining? management don’t care. lol
- you want take a walk at level 8 (playground, etc) or 39 (roof top) after 10pm, NO, you are not allowed to do so. no freedom at all. weird rules
- access card per house only 1, so you cannot have wife/childs/etc here lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much private.. less ocupancy.. Enviroment looks very good.. Security services are helpful and good too.. Check ins was easy (clear instruction, except for i wasnt told there was no lift at level 7B n end up i got trap in the staircase while looking for the lift access).. Pretty much quiet place.. The place is very clean, comfy n smells good.. just like in the pictures posted.. The downfall is the shower was leaking n the toilet doesnt have a bidet or water pipe to be used.. Netflix wasnt accessible too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay if you need a quick homestay, got nice pool, gym, just right size for business or family trips (sauna, steam room not open). Nice places to visit nearby. Easily accessible too, great if you frequent Singapore. Theres a police station nearby too.
Bad idea being a resident though. Water problems, parking bad design, one access card per unit. Plus "queen control" issue (probably biggest problem), it seems like there is a need to constantly disturb residents one way or another. If you want to pick up someone at lobby there is always something wrong with how you park. Going for a swim? You cant wear this, next day you have to wear this. Not allowed to dry clothes outside. Cant go for walks at night at facility area. Delivery men openly saying how they hate sending parcels here.
Good side is that the place is empty so it feels like a low density apartment and if youre a tenant you can find cheaper rent compared to singapore. TLDR - Great facilities, easily accessible, unnecessary rules, plumbing issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place to stay for Airbnb, worth it if u plan to visit Johor bahru or city centre. Only qualm is when u go to parking at the above levels, the parking infra is not well thought-out, gotta be careful when driving in parking area. Most cars are stack quite close to the exit and entrance. Apart from that, all's good here. U got to try the swimming pool for sure. Cheers!
