โ โ โ โ โ Peaceful area , but not a suitable place for long period to live . And it is too overcost to buy. I think the total cost to buy this condo is better that you choose to buy a condo beside the beach .more worthy

โ โ โ โ โ Lived here for a year. Management team now is the worst !! If you rent a unit here. You wouldnโt be able to enjoy the amenities like the gym or pool since they only accept appointments thru i-neighbours which is an app only for Owners. Management team will not accept you to go in even if the gym or pool is empty. They rather just sit there and do nothing.
Do not get the units facing the highway, motorbikes and the train is very noisy ( if you donโt mind it and you do get used to ).
High floor does enjoy the night view of KL if your unit faces the highway.
The management team and the guards donโt greet you so donโt expect so.
The units are very spacious tho but even tho the ceiling is high. You can hear your upstairs neighbours clearly. I had this issue for the longest time but nothing was solved until they moved out. Many trips to the management did nothing good.
The service lift and the Residence lift donโt differentiate so youโll be in the service lift more often than you think with cleaning crew and sometimes trash cans too. Thereโs nothing luxury about this condo when youโre in the service lift for 90% of the time with a bad smell
Security is there to petrol the area.
Amenities are plenty but you canโt use since I was just a tenant. The gyms and stuff are in front of block E so it would be a far walk if youโre in block A.
Not too close to shops but Close enough to nearby stores Overall 1 star for management. 4 star for security. 5 star for spacious unit. 1 star for noise. 3 star for price.

โ โ โ โ โ The place is very beautiful. There is 2 swing pool inside. For 1 children, one for adults.And the adults have the field for sport. There are children to play.

โ โ โ โ โ SKY condo looks like a luxury 5-star resort. I really enjoy the luxury and peaceful environment here. Wish every resident can take good care of all the facilities here.

โ โ โ โ โ After staying here for almost 2 yrs now, let me list out some of the major problems/issues for future owners/tenants consideration.
1) One of the chepest or I would say worst quality lifts you'll find in a luxury condo. Out Of 4 lifts in every block 1 or 2 of them are always under maintenance and the others working are very much not secure and or stable in a sense that number of times people have been trapped inside the lifts here.
2) Main entrance & exit boom gate / barriers are not using RFID or Long range reader technology and are always under maitnenance too. It takes few seconds before it detects your access card that too when you get very close to the barrier.
3) Poor water pressure. For e.g. if we open any of the taps the water pressure reduces in other rooms or kitchen. (Could be limited to my unit only)
4) Security guards are very often changed here which could be due to security reasons I am assuming, but the owners/tenants have to encounter new / less informed guards in that case. (Not really a -ve side of the project)
5) The mobile reception within the Condo is extremely poor be it on the ground floor, high floor or outside in open area. Mostly you ll find 1 bar on your phone and this includes all service providers (Maxis, Digi, Umobile etc..)
For point 1,2,3 & 5 you guys can always pay a visit and see it for yourself. And I still stand with my old review below that the design/layout is one of the best among many luxury condos.
