★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good day management, i delivery food but yours security guard said after 10pm , Receiver must come out pick up outside guard house. Little rain also NOT ALLOW , BLOCK B to guard house NO ROOF. Security guard on duty eating inside guard house . Please resolve thanks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good residential property with lots of amenities.. But also not cheap at the property purchase price. Is very sad that the property is running down when the times goes by.. Wall cracks, water leaking in second bath room (caused by upper unit)..
Pretty disappointed wity Sunway such a reputable developer. Perhaps poor material or workmanship.. Management office isn't helpful at all.. Guess i am just the unlucky ones out of so many occupants here..
