★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid service by this stupid skynet. Delivery a big item can be done on saturday and sunday. Last time they promise want to send my item on saturday, but he cannot make it and ask me to sent on sunday at 9am. On sunday i'm waiting for 3 hour, i try to call skynet but cannot reach due to holiday. I really regret with this courier and will never use this courier again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tqsm skynet. It took about a week to international delivery from Johor to Singapore however it's arrived safely n without any damages. It was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. If that day raining, they asked the reception to put the parcel/document at the post guard even the rain not so heavy. The reason is, they didn't want the rider get wet. What are umbrella use for? Are the company poor enough to buy an umbrella? And if we refused to put at post guard, they didn't want to collect the parcel. There is also when, we already call to pickup document, they didnt even come to collect. They should not treat customers like this! Please improve your service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible delivery service, a few times not deliver my parcel properly till I have to be there to collect myself. Always the status is failed to deliver but I do not see any attempt made to deliver items. Sometime they miss out parcels, out of 3 maybe just delivered two and another one, get there to collect yourself. Terrible service. In addition their delivermen do not keep safe distancing and pull their mask up and down while handing over my parcel, so unhygienic at this COVID pandemic time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ call Skynet Senai of the Malay women of customer service answers the call, I explained to her what the problems I had, she said that we did not receive an email from HQ Skynet, she said let me check him holding my line after a few minute another woman answered my call, i explained again to her but the woman was very rude she raised her voice, she didn't want to hear my conversation 'she say called the branch i couldn't do anything for you' I asked her name I haven't finished her words but she hang up the phone just like that. such an attitude can be customer service, so stupid
