★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here since end of 2011. Management really sucks in all honesty, one complaint takes one year to resolve. Availability of mini mart is okay. Gym needs to be maintained better. Residents and visitors need to stop littering and taking out their trash with such irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to smoke and party, management does nothing to stop them! Even after countless complaints made against these tenants, they knowingly flaunt their freedom in the dead hours of the night, so they are the only ones enjoying the breeze while everyone else has to shut their windows, and waking up in the dead of night to do so, that's how much smoke they produce! Their "A'MARINE IS SMOKE-FREE" its all a facade to get more idiot tenants - like me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place in the bustling city. The facilities are great, beautiful and a nice pool, quiet environment and well maintained. security team friendly. However it took some time as a visitor to get the pass. Occasionally cars queuing to go in.
