Staffs here were very rude and no manners. Do train your staff on how being a salesperson, or else they can quit. I am deeply dissapointed and spoilt my mood with the situation where im busy looking for many things at this store for my nephew and niece, suddenly 3 of their staffs keep on saying loudly with sarcastic and annoying words. My question is, you work for being paid, but how come u saying like that? My payment receipt stated the name of “Atikah”, and during that situation, having one girl there. Please do something. Sorry will not to come here again.

Customer service very2 bad.Staff name Ramesh very rude & not friendly to customer.I went there plan to buy 3 bag for my daughter but had to cancel it becoz of this staff attitude.Only the ladies staff is friendly. Pls train your staff to be more friendly & speak nicely to customer

Visit today and regret.. Confusing price list and expensive in order to get discount price for school bag, they ask add on other products min purchase RM10 with original price and poor customer service. Endup I purchased new bag with different shop. Won't recommend to others..

I really enjoyed shopping in this store!! The staff was polite, very good in customer service and they are good at handling their products. The place and product are tidy neatly and clean enough to make us easier to shop. They are so kind when asking for assistance!! I will be back here whenever my niece asks for Smiggle.
