** In response to the comment below, thank you for sharing your feedback. I am well aware of the purpose of scaling as I have done it before and seen better results than I did at this clinic. After the treatment, it was clear that nothing much could be done further hence I decided not to proceed with any further treatment. While I respect that you wish the best for your customers, I hope some constructive feedback could be accepted from unsatisfied patients. Also, at the very least, kindly spell the names of your customers correctly. Thank you and have a great day ahead.

2. Felt pain and sensitive.
3. Went to smile focus to have it checked.
4. Dentist said cannot find it.
5. Said nothing wrong.
6. Didn't do thorough checked.
7. Did simple filing upon my constant request.
8. 3 months later, tooth major pain with decay inside.
9. Unprofessional, unreliable. Waste of money and time.
10. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and service is good. But the dentist was not professional to my opinion. First time I went to check my teeth, as I felt a hole there and I requested for filling. But the doctor said its not necessary. Few months later the hole got bigger and this time finally he saw it and done the filling. Although I felt the filling is too low and he told me this way only the filling won’t easily fell off. Three months since then I can already feel my filling moved and the side of my teeth even breaks a little as it was not properly covered. So dissapointed I don’t even wanna revisit to get it fix. ?
