★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was happy to go in because of the exterior of the shop but for directed to another shop called S One Hair Salon and it was super bad service by the hair stylist. Already agreed to a hair and scalp treatment at 120rm but he went on and on and on selling a package. Was offered a price of 200rm for 5 step mucota but later decided he wants to charge 250 and it totally turned my friend and I off. He went on to serve other customer and left us sitting and waiting.
It was just uncalled for, waste of time and service was terrible. The person who washed my hair got my shirt wet and used their long nails to really scratch my scalp. Very rough and unpleasant visit.
Please never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been worrying going back again to a saloon at KSL ever since had very bad experience of wrong colouring and lighting on my hair.But today i managed to find this saloon also at KSL too but trust me their service really good. They have this free consultation done by super cool kelvin where he explains about our hair and service needed. They didn't rush us or promote their products like how most of the saloons do.I agreed to follow his advise and the outlet manager Hui xuan did my colour and rebond touch up.I agree with the price they offered as im aware my hair was not in good condition. Thank you so much guys! I will definitely come back for my treatment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously..this is crazy moment that i never forget..i want rely2 viral this SOLASTA SERVICE!!! that i rely2 LOVEEEEE the all staff especially my elbee..she very profesional stylist and kevin very good cust service n others very friendly n kindness..then their suggest me for my hair treatment and colouring..price? Exactly satisfying..i want give 10 star... i promise this is my saloon ever...love u all n thank you..
