Someone called me, but says will follow up. Until now I get nothing !!!!!
I do visit mid valley outlet on 1 May! the staff says there office person will contact me regarding my refund!!!! But until now no one call me. !!!!!
I DUN WANT MY ITEM! I NEED A REFUND !! DUN SAYS WANT TO WAIT 14working day AGAIN!!!!
I do give the time frame for your company to settle my issue but no one responded!!!!

β β β β β I went to solewhat midvalley to get a shoe for my brother (Confirmed buyer). He is under 18th years old and has completed his first vaccination.
My brother was not allowed to enter to shop because he is not fully vaccinated. I was fine with it, maybe some shops does not allow under 18th even if they have their guardian around. Then I saw s a 9 years old girl with their parents in the shop so I was confuse what is the difference between my brother and the girl?
The explanation was owh the kid is with the parents. Very bad explanation and does not make sense at all!
My brother really wanted the shoe so I just went in to get the shoe and pay while my 16 year old brother was watching from outside while the girl was trying on her shoe.
If not for my brother and the shoe I would have left the place due to the poor communication and explanation from the manager not the workers.
