Better i go buy other store, they welcomed everyone cheerfully. One question, did your staff treat customers depending on their mood!?! Takde mood layan orang tak payah kerja lah.. kedai lain siap panggil2 lagi. Haiyaa, what a bad luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly staffs. Staffs are also quite attentive when I have some slight issues with my headphones, which thankfully was solved.
Do check out with them from time to time for exclusive deals about headphones or portable speakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abang melayu was very rude. His face is not even welcoming people to enter the store, he prefer billions dollar talk with his friend or colleague. Idk, maybe he is the owner of sony lowyat. Tryna spend some cash but being treated like trash. Or maybe what I wear is not fancy enough to be treated like someone who is about to purchase something... Won't ever come or purchase anything here anymore, it's not like he care or wanted for a sale. Should relocate the store to area where no people are there so that he can live/work or whatever he is doing comfortably...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to survey the earphones and found out the staff are really good at explaining the difference between the series. Bought couple of earphones. Even it's just a cheaper one earphone, compared to the shops in Low Yat with all their's "hi hi looking for something?" nuisance, this Sony outlet really standing out on their services.

“Congratulation, your store are the WORST store ever. Your malay male staff is super super duper RUDE to me and my brother who only ask a question politely. Your staff treat us with trash service. To the manager or even owner of the store, how do you do your hiring system, is it RUDE is the main criteria youre required for your staff? Dear everybody, please avoid this store unless RUDE and BAD service is what your looking for”
