β β β β β The doctor is not informative and errogant. She does not know how to talk with patients calmly and politely. The fee is too high compare to other clinics and charge us for radiography while we did it before.
I strongly do not recommend it.

β β β β β Ironic that despite thorough search, a traumatic first tooth extraction experience was not avoidable. I was sold by the line 'painless dental experience' advertised on their website. Was a wisdom tooth removal, dentist did not do an x-ray to assess the root condition prior procedures. Went on straight to extraction attempt, and the tooth broke half with root inside gum. Frantically performed an xray and not apologetic,conveniently referred me to a 'panel surgeon' located at sunway, which i found out from the nurse is a relative.
So, with a bloody gauze in mouth, rushed over to sunway and reached 15 minutes before clinic reopens at 2pm. Was the first and only patient there upon registering and presenting the referral letter. Instead made to wait until close to 3.30pm as they had to 'entertain' 3 patients with appointments, as I waited painfully with a bloody gauze in mouth, the anesthetic slowly wears off. When it was my turn, i had to be injected again with a local anesthetic for the oral surgery. 3 jabs within 4 hours, for a person with phobia for needles, it's just overly traumatic.

Access quite straight forward but off-road parking is bad during weekdays. Though parking at PCC Emerald Parking Service Center just a block earlier seems to have ample space all week long.
