β β β β β Brought my mom for her 3rd booster. Overall experience was very good. Top notch teams !
Why then no 5 star rating?
There was a total lack of SOP at the beginning.
1. No one checked Mysehjatera nor temperature check.
2 The guard simply tagged the green dots on my mom's arm without checking. No order in waiting at ground level outside entrance. Was just asked to sit.
3. The guard allowed more than 6 pax in the lift
4 Lack of seats for those to be vaccinated in the first waiting area ..no crowd control in managing who can go up.

β β β β β Went there for my booster shot. The service was superb. The staffs are very helpful. The doctor was good. Very transparent. She showed me the med bottle, the expiry date, inserted the med to the syringe in-front of you.
So its safe and genuine. Recommended.

β β β β β Very Very long queue for children's vaccination. Not so well manage to take on a large group. Three hours still have to queue to register. Children get restless and tired. Do not recommend coming here for your child vaccination.

Before giving the injection, the doctor will explain all the possible side effects of the medicine one by one. The service of this hospital is quite good and the staff is patient.

β β β β β Great staff and friendly guard in my vaccine process experience.
I come here 16December2021 12pm for BOOSTER DOSE was smooth process. Next, my parents also take BOOSTER DOSE on 3January2022 10am, was a bite tricky at waiting and see the SECURITY make a slight mistake with shouting at the new comer that ask and come without line up and going in the building without follow S.O.P. with crowded situation at 11am because of many patient come walk-ins and with APPOINTMENT. Anyway, my parents process to get the vaccine was done smoothly after the incident.
PPV Thomson Hospital only give PFIZER-COMIRNATY vaccine for free. You need to be PATIENT for your turn and follow the process to be smooth.
Starting from entrance on the right side of the new building near the MRT Station Kota Damansara will start the line up and near door, they provide chair to wait for your turn before going up at 4th floor of building where the vaccine department.
You need to follow the S.O.P. by update health status, scan QR code, show mobile phone to SECURITY (MySejahtera Profile show BLUE-COLOURED only will be allowed to proceed), temperature screening (Profile show GREEN COLOURED only will be allowed entry) and get sticker at your shoulder before enter the building.
There will be SIX STATION in the process to be complete your vaccine 1st or 2nd or Booster dose.
1st Station, fill up your form and show your I.D. (I/C or Passport) with MySejahtera APPOINTMENT. On 4January2022, there will NO walk-ins patient, will entertain APPOINTMENT patient only.
2nd Station, staff key in system for your data.
3rd Station, counselling time, Dr. will explain to you about the vaccine, effect after vaccine and what medicine to take and Dr. will SIGN and CHOP.
4th Station, vaccination room, will done inject vaccine here and SCAN and snap picture of vaccine code details.
5th Station, observation within 15minits after vaccine.
6th Station, staff key in vaccine details and complete VACCINE CARD with your I.D. to you. Before that, double check in your MySejahtera Profile will have Certified.
There also have booth for picture and food before you go. This is the completed process for vaccine at PPV Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara.

You will have to wait for the injection to be given.The wait is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.The service of this hospital is quite good and the staff is patient.

β β β β β Thomson Hospital, earlier in mind and input message transfer from my friends few years ago is really bad. The staffs is bad services, environment is not so good, doctors is worse. But today, when I do my biopsy in this hospital, personally feel the whole process here. One word, GOOD. There are 3 blocks connecting to each others, easy and convenient. A lot of beverages shop and few restaurants can find here. My day care experience from registration, waiting process, start consulting from doctor until discharge. Smooth and great.

β β β β β Came here 3rd time for the vaccine and am happy that the place is well-maintained, clean, and easy to locate. Visitors parking are plenty in the multi-story parking area. The staff is friendly and easily approachable. The toilet is clean and comfortable to use.
The hospital is located at Kota Damansara and eateries, banks, malls are within the vicinity.
