★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother’s got ear issues,we went to see Dr Loh,he is professional,gentle and caring,although he looks quite young but skilled and experienced. The staff and nurse is friendly and helpful .
My Brother didn’t have a Medical Card,with the help of Dr Loh my brother was able to have a surgery in a rather new state hospital in two weeks time .
We are really grateful for his help.
I would highly recommended to my family and friends.

When he knows that my father is not able to understand English, he explained patiently to my father about his condition in Hokkien. This give my father an assurance and help building his confidence in fighting with thyroid cancer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I presented to Dr Loh for moderate pain in my right ear on Christmas Day.
His assistant was professional and patient. Being incredibly helpful, she arranged for consultation with the doctor on a public holiday.
Dr Loh himself was great! Helpful, patient and has a great bedside manner. I noticed him speaking in BM to a patient, following up with a Malay aunty, Mandarin Chinese to me initially and then English upon request.
Multilingual and professional, he explained my condition and diagnosis in detail, even indulging me in my amateur curiosity in otorhinolaryngology.
10/10 would recommend visiting for any of your ENT needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this terrible itch on my left ear which was unsolved for many years. Seen through many GPs and specialist. It was not able to be fixed. It can be so itchy then you will keep scratching in hope to dig out whatever which has been disturbing my ear.
My problem was solved after I have consulted him. Due to my packed schedule, I was in hope to able to made a very last minute appointment to see him especially when his clinic was about to close. His assistant was very kind to help me to speak to Dr Loh to see if he can still me as his last patient and indeed Dr Loh gave the greenlight and asked me to come. Furthermore, it was MCO and I needed a letter to travel due to travel restriction at that time. His assistant was so competent and able to provide me the travel without any further delay. Thumbs up!
Dr Loh was very professional as he stood up when he sees me. Seldom you will see specialist who will stand up and greet you when patient enters the room. He understands the difficulty which I have went through and helped me to done a scope to see what could have been disturbing me all this while. The procedure was quick and I was able to see what he was doing. Also, as he was examining my ear, he explained to me what could be there and how he would be treating it. He is indeed very patience with the number of questions I fed him without any anger or arrogance.
My problem was solved finally. Thank you very much to Dr Loh and his assistant. Truly appreciate. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who seek for ENT specialist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is centralized but going from Shah Alam is a challenge due to constant traffic. Dr. Loh listens attentively to patient and detail in taking each move during diagnosis. I did not feel that he is rushing despite having patients after me, which gave me a kind of assurance and comfortable feeling despite I was in awed due to ear issue. After using the ear drop prescribed and some medications from the GP, I developed allergic reaction which turns badly. At first, I avoid going back for the 1st follow up session, but I'm glad that Dr Loh and team is very responsive over the chat and without futher a due, I returned for follow up session. Ears are fine now and Dr Loh referred me to dermatologist to treat my drug allergic issue. Dr Loh is also compassionate. My advice is, if there is anything or issue developed after visit or treatment, please reach out for help. The team has chat function that we can utilize.
