★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is ethical and also provides best to patient interest, busy doctor may talk less which is unavoidable but misinterpreted as rude. Eye drops are prescribe accordingly when only necessary. Glasses prescription is not given here as it is not doctor's profession, patient should seek for appropriate advices and explanations from "optometrist" professionals offered in certain optical shops. Please seek for proper eye care services at the right places. FYI optometrists are not opticians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning i was afraid after see so many bad reviews about this clinic and doctor. But after I experienced it myself I woild like to give them 4 stars. This clinic everything goes manual, like those shops and clinics back in 1980. The staffs strictly apply to the Rmco prosedure, due to the clinic waiting area is limited, only 1 patiemt allow to go in. Never deny the staffs will ask you to wait outside if you are not patient. The doctors very polite, keep on Thank you to patient as I personally touched as i feel its totally different to others people complaint about him. Doctor is professional and skillful during the process of eye surgical. Yes doctor does not talk much but he said what the important and patient need to make their owm choice. The price is relatively lower compare to other famour and well kmown hospital. Only RM2300 for 1 eye cataract surgical. If you wish to claim for insurance add another RM1000 plus RM100 medical treatment. Do bear in mind they only accept CASH. =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of the sudden blurry vision on both eyes at the age 23. Went for 4 eyes specialists before Dr Kok, no one able to identify the real reason/ cause of this blurry vision.
After 10 mins of inspection, Uveitis has been identified! What a lucky me, met a doctor which is able to identify the problem.
Dr Kok very straightforward, very quick getting me a solution how to cure this disease.
Unlike those so called specialists, operation needed asap or giving me a big packs of steroid medications.
Dr Kok very professional and cool person.
Not much of talking but straight to the point!
I’m lucky to have him handle my eyes, now my eyes are both good and healthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic was quite basic. The internal space was quite small and tight enough for about 20 waiting patients with some seats outside. There was only one doctor and with the number of patients waiting, he didn’t much time talking but he was quick in identifying the eye problems. Fees were reasonable. Cataract surgery cost RM2,300.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have a quick check on an eye with blur vision and doctor was very quick to accurately diagnosed the issue and was very honest in saying he was not the right doctor to see and sent my dad to a doctor that was a specialist to get his eye fixed and done. Price is also reasonable. Very glad to have seen him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the bad reviews, this place is actually very good and efficient. The doctors are great and friendly. Nurses were helpful, maybe just that particular person that everyone is talking about. I had a cornea abrasion so had to get it checked out. My experience was very smooth, from registration to waiting in line for my turn. Doctor explained my problems very detailed. He was very polite so I'm not sure why reviews says otherwise. Maybe he's in a good mood? I'm just lucky. But definitely coming back again if I have eye issues. Please do not see the temporary doc if Dr Kok is not in. I did a follow up while he wasn't around, didn't end very well for me.
Very very limited parking, so either u grab car or get someone to drop off. But if u do need to drive, by all means. Also, very important note: cash only!!!
