★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust this place. Over promise but never deliver. They never communicate internally. Whatever the marketing department try to promise and persuade you to attend for first trial never believe it. You will be wasting your time when they will tell you different story from what the marketing personnel that promise you and persuade you for first try.

Super hard sell and super money face, bad service provided. All those good reviews with staff’s name mentioned are FAKE, as they ask customer to review and tag out their name in order to receive free treatments or products.
PLEASE DONT EVER TRUST or VISIT HERE when you receive the free first trial ???? if not you will regret. They are very DISHONEST and FAKE and they just wanna earn your MONEY !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go this place unless your patience is good. The service here very hard sell, for my experience my 1st package still left 2 times but they hardsell us for a new package, as the girl said can make installment and I make the purchase. But the next time I went, one girl come and collect from me full payment, I was like ???? Okay fine I paid, when enter the room that girl keep hard sell for to add RM 1500 ampules, then keep talking when I want to enjoy my facial time, then she go out and come back said can give me discount go to RM 750 For the ampoules, I felt annoying and I want to the enjoy my facial and ya.. I add on but this time I gave deposit only. Then the very next time I want to make Appt for my facial, that girl doesn’t want to reply me, seen my msg and all. Fine, I want cancel my package and everything. But the CS said I m buying the promotions package if want to refund means have to deduct accordingly to the original price. End up I got nth back and decide to change facial from this lousy shop. Ya I still have one 800 package over there and it’s paid. :) First experience and no more for this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever recommend this beauty spa!!! Worst experience ever. I literally felt like walking out half way out during their facial treatment due to their constant pushy and aggressive sales. We come her to relax but they would keep on persuading you to purchase for some sorts treatment or package which costs much more expensive than other places. I first agreed to pay RM180 for an ampoule treatment to shut her mouth but it did not stop there she forced me to sign up for the same treatment for upcoming visits costing RM900+, I told her let me think about it and will discuss with my mum first who also came in for facial treatment with me. Eventually, she did not stop and was keep on repeating on how bad my skin is by bringing the calculator near to my face DURING THE FACIAL! And keep on promoting their promotional packages by their so called "skin specialist". Till that onwards i swore i would never come back to this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, The staff are money face, you signed a package with them but they still hard sell you everytime u visit during the facial treatment. We come here to relax but they would keep on persuading you to purchase some sort treatment, if u don’t agree she even non stop and keep was repeating on how bad my skin during the facial! Well if u are in good mood, try to spoil your mood by visiting them. The most terrible service ever ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First trial with a cheap price but they hard sell me expensive package. I reject and they lock me in a small room to force me sign package. They say can installment for the RM800 package force me pay RM400 by card. After that tell me machine problem ask me to pay full amount if not my RM400 will burn. End up I pay RM800. Second time I go, they trying to ask me upgrade my package. I reject again. They change another ppl come in brain wash me. I reject too. Then they put a mask for me and let me lying there for 1 hour plus without anyone else come to serve me. Then they keep calling me ask me go for third time facial but I won’t go again. I feel that they are sales girl more. Rubbish facial!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard selling and feel the facial not worth. Pay RM 128 for normal facial and relaxation，but still persuade me for the treatment worth RM270+，but I rejected even they offer for only RM200. When I was doing the facial，I was informed that my brother have top up Rm72 to upgrade the treatment for me….. Such a nice technique?. I go there with my brother，we are separated and I have go to a room for consultation. I have pay the fee after consultation. But my brother dont know I have paid. So，they go to pursue my brother telling he just PAY RM 72，and I can get the treatment！My brother dont know I have paid and he think my treatment is worth for Rm72，so he decide to pay for me…. Nice technique.

I went there once like 5 to 6 years ago.
I had the worst experience there with their extremely aggressive hard sales.
It is like FORCE sales. I was given a voucher to enjoy their trial which is worth a few hundred but then when you wanna use they will give you a lot of excuses and FORCE you to exchange to another treatment and need to top up a few hundred.
The story does not end here, why they are doing treatment, they are still eager for sales and asking you to pay more for a certain product.
After the facial, they will have a very very LONG SESSION with you in a consultant room and use every way (FORCE) to sign their package and their package offer can be from thousands to hundreds which are not consistent.
I think TRIBUNAL Authority should pay them a visit with such a beauty shop without etiquette.
My advice, VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
