β β β β β We know this brand has been around almost forever, almost a pioneer and many new breeds of similar classification will undoubtedly have incorporated some of its marketing principles and product visions. Travelling the world over and living in Bali has allowed me to experience the best of the best. I am usually pampered spoiled when it comes to natural and botanical products. I eat healthily and my skin too needs plenty of natural ingredients approximately 85 to 95 %. Being in Penang, the assortment can somewhat be limited. As of current, there are only two available brands for me...the trusted kind. One thing that is assuring, anytime when I'm stuck somewhere with no alternatives, I can always rely on Bodyshop...boringly consistent and reliable. Typically British.
An important fact to note: unlike some other snobbish brands, by far despite in any country or locations of these outlets...service staffs are rather down to earth and friendly. That is a plus point for me.
NB: Staffs here are cheerful too...at least to me.

β β β β β Staff playing games on phone when customers is inside. I commented Body Shop service used to be very good but not gonna waste my money in there when there are so many better brands with good service to choose from.

β β β β β I visited the store yesterday at noon and when I was trying the hand cream, there's one lazy take the handcream from my cream, and help me to squeeze it in my hand without saying anything. She squeezed so lesss that I wasn't even able to try the texture and the scent, I feel so strongly that she wasn't want me to try anything. if a brand itself cares so much about the amount of the testing cream, then why would they even bother to provide? I am really disappointed, the body shop please train your employees well.
