β β β β β Finally done by wisdom tooth extraction in Q&M SS2 by Dr Melissa. Completed within short period during the extraction. The next day still feel great, would say little to no pain (No swelling). Surprisingly I still can have my meals as usual. Great Job done by Dr Melissa in professional way and would recommend anyone that looking for wisdom teeth extraction to visit Q&M in SS2.

β β β β β I am so scare when going to get tooth extraction. But the dentist was so gentle to comfort me after being done she and her staff provided me several suggestions to take care of my oral hygiene. Recommended!!!

β β β β β Great experience with Dr. Melissa over one month of treatment. She is very well versed and being subject matter expert in dentistry able to share whats wrong with my tooth and what's solution to it. She is so gentle that I hardly had any long lasting discomfort. The clinic also having advance equipment to deal with my treatment. I believe with Dr. Melissa skills, knowledge and advance equipment able to help others without any issue.
P/s: she's such big hearted that she feed stray cats outside her clinic.

β β β β β Amazing work done by Dr Melissa as always. Did scaling and multiple fillings previously, and got my wisdom tooth removal done just recently. The entire procedure was swift (wisdom tooth was removed in less than 10mins), accurate and painless! Nurses are well-trained and very gentle throughout the process. Great environment & will definitely be back for future treatments!

β β β β β No pain no gain? In the process braces my tooth was never feel any painful start from the treatment until the end. My experience in the treatment process was gained with no pain. ??

β β β β β Thank you, my dentist, Dr. Wong Jia Wen for your professional treatment. I have to be honest that my fear of visiting a dentist started even before my tooth began to ache. You were able to calm me down and were so reassuring in the entire treatment process. I am definitely more than satisfied.

β β β β β Inexperienced and overcharged. I was charged RM1400 for 1 molar extraction, 2 fillings & 6 teeth scaling (which is RM100 per tooth!). I was even told that laser should come with the treatment but I wasn't given any as it is a bonus if they do give it. Omg! I was left in utter shock and disbelief! I could have gotten a crown with balance money left elsewhere. Worse, I had to go back few hours later as the bleeding worsened badly. Was given just 4 pcs of extra cotton balls. I ended up bleeding for the next 5 days and had to consult another dentist. The experience taught me an extremely painful lesson, physically, financially & mentally. I was told that the female dentist who treated me was leaving to open her own practice. I can't imagine how a young dentist with only a 3-year experience could even think of starting own practice! Good luck to those who would patronise her! Meanwhile, after this nightmare, I could only pray to God to guide and find me an older, more experienced dentist with latest equipment before I am willing to lay down on any Chair of the Doom again.

β β β β β I usually have my dental procedures done in Manila, but since it's lockdown I've to see a dentist soon. Luckily while searching in my area, I found a nice review from a pretty colleague. She had an awesome time at Q&M so I went straight and stopped my search. The whole experience is awesome, Doc Melissa made sure I'm comfortable and calm. She explained my dental issue and gave me options how to fix it. She has Cool calm and gentle hands, I did not worry a thing, her assistant Shira was splendid assisting during the procedure too. The receptionist Mathy was accommodating and eager to help me fix my dental coverage reimbursement. And good luck to soon to be Denstist Jackie who took time to check on me when I broke their shoe rack outside hahaha.
